Development Funding
A full development service for professional developers. The first point we will make about the panel is you will be borrowing development funding from one source either private or institutional, we do not work with Peer to Peer lenders. We work with funds that are underwritten in house and can give us feedback to allow us to overcome challenges and issues.
We understand our panel and as such we can help when occasions arise which they may do. The funding timeline seen below is for illustration only and we know we can deliver it. The delays in this process normal are due to the information not being at hand, we understand this occurs so make it easy for you to submit.
- The information we require is fundamental to the process of construction and development and we will work with you to complete the development funding application.
- Stage One. Core information form sent to client
This information is key to getting an initial offer and should be easy for a professional developer to provide. - Stage Two. Information and core form returned to Northwest Business Funding
The information in the form along with searches are completed. Plans and experience checked. - Stage Three. Northwest Business Contracts are sent and signed
- Stage Four.The completed information is sent to the fund
Complete due diligence is carried out on the Directors or Senior people in the team, the project and all aspects of the development. - Stage Five. If information is satisfactory then a offer is made
The offer is subject to all valuations, surveys and site visits being made and values etc being confirmed - Stage Six. The valuations, surveys and site visits need to be made
Our panel will want to meet key personnel and to visit the site or sites - Final Stage. On successful valuations and site reports a formal offer is drawn and all legal and operational documents are signed
Funds can be transferred if the above process runs smoothly in approximately 4 weeks
